My name is Debbie Ben-Shimol.  I own and operate “Nadlan Rosh Pina”.  As a Ministry of Justice Certified Real Estate Agent, with many years of experience in the field of property marketing, I check and verify all the information you need to safeguard purchase and sale decision-making.  My goal is to ensure you a confident, informed and stress-free transition to your new home.

Over and above my professional experience, I live in and love Rosh Pina, arriving here after my aliyah from New York City in 1990. My husband and I are raising three children here and we are very involved in the community and are well acquainted with the unique character of the different neighborhoods, schools, synagogues and municipal facilities offered.

I am thoroughly bilingual, “plugged in” and I have a reliable network of contacts with attorneys, architects, contractors and home designers – a rich resource for anyone buying, remodeling or selling real estate in this area.
